Denesha recently designed and facilitated a strategic planning session with the leaders of the business I co-own with my husband. She clarified the key expected outcomes upfront with the session participants and then guided the discussion to achieve those objectives.  She ensured all voices were heard and was able to effectively synthesize our diverse viewpoints into coherent summaries. I love working with Dee! She is warm and a joy to work with! When we first met, I was struggling to decide what my next career move was and was feeling quite overwhelmed. We brainstormed my preferences of work styles and the importance of working for a company with great culture. Dee came up with the great idea of taking a stab at being a consultant. She explained this would be a great way to gain a better understanding of the type of jobs I find interesting, as well as, the opportunity to identify key factors of organizations I would like to work with.
In addition, I love how much support she provides me in between our sessions. It is super helpful when she messages me useful articles and tips for perfecting my resume, job openings that might seem interesting to me, free resources and communities to join that support my next step in my career.
