A therapist approaches an issue by exploring the source or root cause of the problems and how they affect your life. A therapist may focus on mental and behavioral triggers by looking to the past. A life coach focuses on an issue by simultaneously exploring solutions with you to then help you reach the goals you’ve set for yourself and get past the obstacles.

Once your coach, my goal is to assist clients to take the actions that will create momentum – to achieve your goals with motivation and accountability partnership. As your coach, I will partner with you determine which actions are the right actions to take. Above all, I will support you on your journey. As your coach, I will help you prioritize and create balance in your life for actionable outcomes.

As both a business and personal coach and I can work on goals in most areas of your life. Some of those areas are:

Prior to starting your coaching services, we will conduct a FREE one-on-one 30-mintue consultation. Following this session, we will agree on a regular coaching schedule of 3 to 4 sessions monthly. Session length will depend on the individual. Your coaching commitment is up to you and your progress. Typical coaching ranges from 3-12 months but can last as long as you feel is needed.

Client results vary based on several factors, including the client’s mindset, availability, and commitment level. On average, clients report levels of achievement and satisfaction after completing a three to six months of coaching. (Individual results will vary.)

Most coaching sessions will be held via Zoom at the agreed upon schedule for one hour. Sessions can be held in-person at the clients choosing or via tele-coaching.
