This past August, Dee worked with our new leadership, specifically in regards to our communication styles. One of the areas of concern for our team was understanding each other’s communication styles and preferences. After completing our survey and working with Dee, we all have a better understanding of one another’s communication styles. I honestly believe this workshop improved relationships on our team and assisted me when trying to effectively communicate with various team members. I would highly recommend this workshop. It was over zoom and HIGHLY engaging!
